Now, yesterday we saw the Dutch maze. Well, today you're going to see the Brit maze, or should I say you're going to see the British Fortnake on kind of infrastructure defensive play. And I swear to God, like this was complete luck that I came across this game. So, I saw the the the you you'll see and the the the thumbnail will definitely give it away and then I was watching I was just laughing my head off. So, I thought I might as well put these games together. Complete luck. I'm not doing a themed week or anything like that. Although a themed week of like defensive structure play, defensive buildings, whatever you want to call it. Like we had banks. Usually you see banks used as walls. We had the the the Dutch maze. We had little wall segments. And today we're gonna have a a wall of manners. So we're gonna have we're gonna have the mana maze today. All right. We had the bank maze yesterday. We now have the mana maze today. Mana maze. Mayonnaise. Okay. That's that made me hungry. Oh man, I love the cake. Boom. Boom. All right. But we got Sonic versus Optify the way in a British mirror. Hi pinkies everybody while sipping your tea. I literally should have prepared a cup of tea before I did this and got my monle and top hat out. I really should have done that for this game. But I did have a cup of tea earlier, so you still kind of counts. I mean, I'm I'm British, right? So we have tea every day. There's people out there that have like five cups of tea a day without fail. We literally have like breaks at work called tea breaks. So you have a cup of tea, you make a, you know, they have like a 10-minute break and you have make a cup of tea. Tea culture is strong in this country. Okay, so psionic like I don't know 2100 EO or something. Sonic goes from like all the way down all the way up. He depending on how hard he's trolling. OPI is like in the top 10 at the moment as well. I think he's like in the top eight, top seven. And fun fact, these these two might be playing eac

Creating age group settings in hosting casual lobbies for online play

I was playing an online game today with my Proper Gentleman AI with another player who did not know how to choose a deck or build more than 20-30 villagers, so I sent him resources (it was high resources 20 minute treaty) and I asked the AI ally for resources to sent over to him, and what I thought immediately was that it was a good thing that he came to play in my Proper Gentleman AI lobby, because else he could have been kicked from a game lobby where people wanted to play competitively. Eventually after 1 hour I gave up the comp stomp and resigned and left the game, but it left me thinking, rather than raging at an noob for being a poor player of the game, what if instead of this, that there could be a recommended age bracket for when you host a game in the game lobby, so that it could be such as 'Under 15 years old' or '15+ years old', or 'All age groups' so that the host could then choose which audience he was hosting for. I don't mean that this should be mandatory, a person can still choose to go into a game lobby and for other reasons maybe get kicked from the lobby, but I think that it would be good especially in the time of comp stomp culture that this sort of setting could help a lot of young kids just have fun without facing toxic gamers online. Before comp stomps became a thing, this sort of game with tributing an incompetent human ally 1000s of resources would not have worked beforehand. Players would just resign and leave in protest if someone else was not good enough on the team. But that's not what I want. Many years ago I played competitively and I once thought that this was good behavior to be upset with someone who had less skills. But one day when I was 15 I realized that I had become Christian when I was 7, and I realized that there was something wrong about this winners only culture. So I decided to go into game politics and change it. And in 2009 I had dream of making a new AOE3 AI, first in scenario design with triggers, and then learning cod
