Trigger Event: People throw some godpowers then it block it but about 20 secs after those god powers are thrown, sometimes i just cannot throw the power near a town center Repro Steps: test throwing thunder storm near town centers (sometimes it gets blocked like if an isis statue were there) (Indicate if you were able to reproduce this, to help us identify frequency of the issue) I cannot reproduce it. need testing
