It's team game o'clock. Let's watch some Age Mythology Retold team games. Or at least this one, which is going to be a 2v2 at a crazy high level to be honest for a ladder game. I normally do a bit of a search on AOM stats for anything above 1850. It's normally all 1v ones, but this was a team game that popped up and I was like, why not? Let's watch the best of the best. Do some team games. And if you're only really familiar with 1 v ones, then some of these names you probably won't even recognize. Uh, even if you've been watching my channel or Boyd's channel or Soup's channel, whatever. So, this is going to be I am Apple. He is uh probably the best team game player there is. It's actually ridiculous how good this guy is. He normally sits in the top five for team games, but just doesn't play 1v ones basically at all. So, he's from the DoD clan and uh yeah, it's just ridiculous how strong this guy is. He's going to be playing set and his partner is going to be Grand Monster. Now, I haven't heard this name for a long time, but uh he did play a lot of VUB. So, that was the the way that we played Age of Mythology before Retold came out. And just check checking his profile. He's played team games pretty much on and off the whole time. But barely plays 1 v ons at all. Basically, not even in the last I think he's played like three games in the last week, and apart from that, it was a year ago. So, he loves his team games. Unfortunately, he's going to get stitched up by this Oro. Sometimes that be happening. This happens to you. Bring your labor out. Make sure it gets hit a couple of times. Bring the Oro in. And normally it works. It's still not 100%, but heyi ho. Grand monster going to be playing in this one. And their opponents are going to be easy. I mean, I would say EZ for this, but I'm sure it's meant to be easy. And I believe this is a Sm, but we call him E for this one as he's going to be dropping a simple down as the Poseidon. I'm on my I hope this I hope this works account. Um I'm not exactly sure which gods to play to play into ballistics. So um I'm going to stay away from the Hades one because I'm pretty sure this one is just strong because of free ballistics and the sentinel. So I'm going to try play new and I'm going to stay in the classical age. That's my plan. I'm going to stay in the classical age for um as long as is reasonable to make full usage out of the classical age ballistics and see if if newir is going to be any good. Their damage falls off hard without Nephthys compared to other civs, their heal can’t outplay a single (for example) Asura, nor can you kill it with priests. The pharaoh does hardly help. TLDR: Priest imo need a buff or a small rework to make Egyptians viable against MU, especially in Mythic Age.
