Hello! So I was trying to play with 2 more friends against the AI, so there was 8 “players” on the map, but after like 20 minutes into the game, I started to have a massive delay of about 30 seconds, so every time I gave an order, it took ages to actually do it, the host was playing without problem and my other friend also had delay but smaller, about 3 or 4 seconds. I lowered my graphics as I had 30 fps in some moments and I could made it up to 60 but the delay still is on. The weird part is that I don’t have any icon showing I have lag and that before that match we played another match and sometimes I had this delay (shorter) but it was only for a few seconds and then it did fix for itself and worked without delay but now it’s a full time delay

First of all, I’d like to thank the developers for the recent balance patch; the changes are positive and, in my opinion, improve the game’s long-term state. As the title suggests, I wanted to discuss Quetzalcoatl’s technology, as it seems a bit too strong to me. When I have a large number of turkeys and sacrifice them all at once, I get an absolutely massive economic boost. Furthermore, if I have a turkey automatically sent to the temple from the food *calpulli*, I have the bonus active almost constantly (there is only a gap of a few seconds). It is expensive (25 Favor), but I feel the upgrade time is too long (15 seconds), or perhaps turkeys are produced too quickly once the economy is up and running. I’m not sure if a 15% boost to the entire economy is excessive or fair, given the cost. To me, the fact that it stacks doesn’t make sense. What do you all think?

Since the recent patch I’ve played 12 teamgames and 2 have gone out of sync (~16% of games going out of sync). These out of syncs do result in elo gains/losses although it’s unclear how the winning team is being chosen. For the last while prior to the recent patch, out of syncs during games or replays were extremely rare (in fact I can’t recall the last time I had an OOS in a game or replay).

Day 1 of asking devs to add team shared resources, treaty mode, and all techs mode in lobby settings. Treaty mode- set custom ceasefire time. This should be simple enough as most of the age games has had a treaty mode timer setting. This causes the farm pieces to look slightly misaligned, floating, sunken, or visually disconnected from the terrain depending on the slope. And before someone blames the mods I’m using because of the white houses or the corn-based farm visuals: nope, that is not the issue. I have seen this terrain-fitting problem since the Aztecs were released, and it can be checked without those visual mods as well. The mods shown in the image were made by excellent modders who have given us a much more culturally accurate and visually fitting representation of the Aztecs. They improve the look and characterization of the civilization, but they are not the source of this specific farm-placement issue.
