After every match, we have to go through the filtering process again. The interface is cluttered with various game mode titles, making it look messy and confusing. I’ve been playing to aoe4 and loving it for the past year since the launch of the XBOX Rog Ally X. It went very good for all this time until the last update they did … I use to play with my handheld like if it was a true PC, not on the console mode, and I was able to play online and compete with the players on any type of games with no restriction Now, it’s locked in the console layout with no way to put it back into PC mode … even after trying all the things I could find on the internet to manage to make it work If anyone knows what to do I would definitely love to play again to this wonderful game Thanksssss Edit : now it works we can be back into Pc mode but still impossible to play to more than 2v2 game even if your machine is powerful enough

Question: What is best to do when playing against KT that does 2TC > followed by all in? Is it better to cowboom than 2TC since Malians won’t be able to drop their 2TC until like 5+ mins?

I convinced a few friends to try the game and it's been going well, mostly playing against AI (and building bad habits) because they aren't confident in playing against players but all good. However, in the most recent steam a pair of them switched from gamepass to steam and for the first couple of days we could still queue together fine but we now can't, and receive an error message (below) when we try. We can queue up separately from eachother, just not together. We've confirmed cross-play and cross-input are enabled, no such luck. Any known solution to this? I found some similar errors but none matching ours in either error code or exact symptoms. Hello everyone, I would like to suggest adding a rejoin feature to the game. Sometimes a player’s game crashes, or their internet disconnects for a short time. In these cases, the player should be able to rejoin the same match within a limited time, for example 3–5 minutes. This would be very useful, especially in ranked games and team games, because one crash or small connection issue can ruin the whole match for everyone

Javelin throwers are one of the iconic unique units in the Malian roster, but as the game goes on, they become increasingly difficult to use effectively. I believe they have the slowest attack speed of any ranged Infantry unit, which doesn't matter too much in smaller engagements, but once battles start becoming larger in scale, they start overkilling their targets and become very inefficient, to the point you need an unreasonable amount of APM to even use them at all in the late game. Therefor, my proposal would be to change the unique Malian blacksmith tech Precision Training, which gives javelin throwers +3 damage, to give them something like +25% attack speed instead. This would greatly improve their viability in imperial age, without making them OP in the early game where they already thrive. Of course, the Malians are already one of the strongest civs in the game, so I'm fine with this change coming alongside a nerf to keep the civ balanced.

A lone Tower Elephant from Delhi attacked my keep and then died. I didn't have the music sound on. After its initial loud trumpet 'death' sound it then makes this really sad quiet whimper. That's it. I can't kill elephant units anymore...it's too damn sad.

What is better for getting more resources quicker? Get all the feudal economy resources first and then imperial officials? Get imperial officials working on a lumber camp, mining camp, mill etc? I am trying to practice China and I don't know what is more efficient for getting resources. Does anyone know? Thank you.

when i click launch game on steam or xbox the game won't start up ,when i looking at task manager see the Cardinal run in background process then just close themself.

Why teammates below Diamond spam so much irrelevant info? Like it obviously doesn't help at all, what's even the point? And why pinging cannot be muted? I have left a relevant number of games just for this reason. The problem is that, the more you quit, the lower your rank, and the lower your rank, the more you get spammers on the team..
