Hello! I am making a mod with my friends (we treat it as a free dlc in scope) that introduces new civs, types of units, mechanics and other things to the game. It’s slowly making progress but soon enough it will be uploaded with changes to the British, Germans, French, Spanish, Russians and Portuguese, aswell as three new civs - HANOVERIANS, BAVARIANS AND SAXONS, with more changes and civs to come later on. There are bugs and balancing is still being sorted out, but what i truly need is help with skins. I barely have time to code the mod and it’s killing me that i both can’t and don’t know how to make skins. I am making a big ask here, but is there anyone in the community that knows how to work with skins and could maybe create some (a lot) of skins and variants for me? It’s not in the scope of mods like historical skins where EVERY upgrade has a different skin, but i sorely need skins for some RG upgrades and special units, and i don’t want to ape other people’s mods without permission, although in private tests i’m using some borrowed skins as placeholders. Again, I don’t have the money to pay, so this would have to be a passion thing. Is there anyone there that can help me?

Hello, I'm a new player. Already played the new player recommended civs like France and Japan to understand the game, played a dozen of multiplayer games and am at about 1.000 elo. And I was looking to find a favorite civ - Haudenosaunee. I played a bit with this civ and I really like it and would love to learn it more in depth. Whether is build order, tips, unit compositions, strategies, hit me up with everything you know about them that you think will help me learn them better. So counters are like: - LI > HI > RC > MC > A > LI. - Light Infantry beat Heavy Infantry & Ranged Cavalry. (lose to arty & melee cavalry) - Heavy Infantry beat all Cavalry. seriously what an absolute drag of a chore in the videogame I play to have fun. it gets so old so quick. i swear everytime i try to move a villager to herd a herd one of them fuckers just keeps walking forward and blocks my villager's path. you take your attention off the herd for ONE minute to actually try have fun and poof, they're so far away from your fucking TC that you can't even see it and the herd on screen at once. Now all of your herding beforehand doesn't matter anymore because you're going to get raided to death. And it's EVERY single game you have to do this, EVERY single one. whoever decided this was a good implementation to the game needs to get a head MRI done.
