Creating a losers culture alongside winners only culture with making losing a game match an acceptable outcome, and using AI mods to create a sandbox preparation game to soften the online challenge before the real game match

I have contemplated the use of such a culture as losers culture combined with winners only culture. My point is that you can't tell people who want to win to stop winning, but what I want to propose is making losing an acceptable outcome, such that if you win a game or lose a game it does not become about bad banners or about cussing the other person out. My dream here is to use AI mods such as Proper Gentleman AI to give sandbox preparation games, and then to use it as a backup player and perhaps play a game afterwards with Proper Gentleman AI after you lose an online game match, in order to cool down your emotions so that you don't take it out on the other player. That said, winners only culture can only be defeated by kindness. It cannot be effectively countered when someone else thinks that another person has to stop being a winner, because in that case then THEY become the new winner. So to prevent this dilemma from happening my idea is to let other players do a sandbox preparation game so that they can soften the future game outcome, and then also cool down afterwards in case of a heated loss, instead of being upset every time they don't win. The goal with such a culture is to limit the aggression in human players so that they behave in a kind fashion NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS. So the goal and use of Proper Gentleman AI is to soften winners only culture, it is not to replace person versus person play. It already can do economy, base defenses, advanced card decks, some military support, so it's off to a good start. But rather than telling people, 'hey check out this new AI mod', instead say, 'use this AI mod to prepare you for the real game'. Because I understand that as a former competitive treaty player and custom maps player, that this is vital to have real game contact with other people online and not just treat the game like and eternal solitaire. My goal in saying this is that we need a kinder culture, and the only way to do this is to channel out our aggres
