This Crucible mode very much favors AOE attacks which is why I went with Order of the Dragon for their Landsknecht (groups of 5 can clear out most side objectives) but I might switch to China so I can build normal versions of these bee nests.

The mouse and keyboard experience on console was frustrating—nothing like the PC experience. Did they update the UI to match the PC version, or is it still garbage? A friend of mine doesn't have a gaming PC; he tried playing with a controller but couldn't adapt—the mouse-and-keyboard interface was really bad back then. Now he wants to get back into the game, but he's unsure if it's worth installing it, only to find the UI is still bad and end up uninstalling it again.

Are there any content creation who specialise in or have videos on going Feudal all in? I enjoy fighting early game and less so in castle and Imp. I’d like to learn how to be good at this age and build up to be able to beat opponents comfortably here. Happy to pick up any civ but would be nice to find someone who is a jack of all trades or doesn’t have many weaknesses as I like to play team games nearly always I’ve managed to beat hardest ai with England but was a bit of a slog. Hello old friends I took a perma from this game as my son was born, and playing competitively (for me) at conq1 was not possible anymore, it took a lot of time to get to that rank. (thanks Beasty) I made previous posts about cheaters and that being a core reason for me leaving at the time also. It was met with a mixed response, which is understandable, nobody likes somebody blaming losing on “cheaters” My in game user is Baba-Yaga and my picture is a comet, and it was against a player called SOUL (S0UL?) and the map is west lake, I’ve set my match history to visible. Here we can see the classic looking into darkness finding all of the sheep, consistently observing my base in the darkness, and responding to villager placement perfectly after raids. It’s consistent throughout the 19 minute game. I’m aware he’s playing sengoku and they have the ability for vision, but I would encourage you to watch the game if you’re not willing to give me the benefit of the doubt (understandable) There isn’t really a point to this post other than encouraging the community to report this person, but it’s a bit depressing to come back to one of my favourite games of all time and immediately run into this. It’s killed the drive to want to try and progress again, but I appreciate that’s a me problem. Thanks for taking the time to read.

Well i have tried all popular dicords, during a month, never found anybody to play with. I'm soloquing for 3 years 22 /33 stuck in plat diam cause i'm chat banned ( for some weird reasons) and i don't have premades, despite i guess, i deserve better ranks. And also relic matchmaking keeps putting me in complete bs matches like 3 solo plat vs premades diam or conq. Any one want to play, i can play really well for the team ( starcraft multi and solo back ground, timings, micro/macro; lategame but impossible to capitalize in solo with unknown players) , i play OOTD english french lancaster and hre, passive or agressive , currently plat/diam but deserving more i guess as i said

Played FFA and didn't get +50 pop for killing an enemy king. They guy hid it in a corner and stonewalled it and then left the game before I killed it, so I'm wondering if that had something to do with it?

Learning Mali and presently struggling vs (A) Zhuge Nu + Spear or (B) Zhuge Nu + Horsemen I am mid diamond with decent macro but clearly shitty micro because when I try Sofa + Archer vs (A) or Javs + Donso vs (B) I still loose badly in feudal age. I know to take range armor immediately but the Zhuge Nu are so strong and still shreds my army. So, to keep it simple for a micro clown, what is the counter unit combo for Mali with the least amount of micro involved in beating the Zhu Xi Zhuge Nu + X spam? EDIT: I forgot to mention this is in Feudal Age. In Castle Age I had good success with Freeborn.

Hi everyone, I’m learning to play on Xbox and have played around 50+ games in ranked team matches. I have 14 wins and all of them are pretty much fake wins. I’ve been using auto queue villagers, so I have no idle time and villager count is always high. I can age up fast and build an army to protect my base. Every game is different, but I can’t seem to get any legit wins with a team. I don’t ever play solos unless against Hard AI, which I win every time. I play Ottomans and pump out Sapahi and jannissaries as fast as I can and usually have a big army when the fight begins. I’ll get kited by archer horses, wrecked by some special units or camels, or just get annihilated by a mixed army. I upgrade all my units and tech, have great economy, and dozens of production buildings at times. I know I’m not good but why am I always seeming to get out played every game in bronze III crossplay lobbies. Please help I think I would actually love this game if I could figure out what to improve. Scouting is something I need to get better at, but I seem to just always lose my army so fast.

Helli I'm new to modding. I only know what was shown in the YT overview by official AOE4 channel. Here's the question: I know about the ebps is like baout the stats i know how to add abilities and mofify value, but I cant seem to find how to modify the Attack cooldown (attack speed) and the bonus damage (ex. Spear +dmg to cavalry). Where do I find it and how do I modify? Answers will be appreciated ty.
