I've won some but lose some, and often when I win it feels like it's because the opponent misplayed, or because I am abusing the moukes. As opposed to my own skill(unlike playing most other civs) I've tried using the video finder, and almost all the matches have a large skill disparity, which often makes me feel like they're winning despite of Jin, not because of it. But then I look at stats and Jin is winning vs Ottomans, even if their overall winrate comes down with Elo.

Greetings, In Company of Heroes, they let you select as many difficulties that you are willing to play. This is very helpful with regard to searching for matches. Currently, we can only select one AI difficulty.

Why do they not have access to this unit if they’re supposed to be a variant of HRE? They even look exactly like an OotD unit with their black and gold armour. And they could really use a good unique unit to boost them because they do terrible in top-tier matches.

Hey everyone, I posted here a while back about the AoE4 companion app we're building, and once again a lot of you tried it out and told us what you thought. Some of that feedback was blunt, most of it was useful, and pretty much all of the list below came out of it one way or another. So, thank you again. Here's what's changed since the last post: - Match detail graphs — we added a bunch of new ones. More of the match is actually visible now instead of just resources and score: you can follow how a game developed and find the moment it slipped away, rather than guessing from the final screen. - The guide got a full rework — not a touch-up, a rebuild. We went through the content, fixed what was wrong or outdated, and expanded it a lot. Civs in particular got much better write-ups: what they actually want to do, what they're good and bad at, and what makes each one different, instead of a list of stats with no context. - Draft — you can now run civ ban/pick drafts in the app. Tournaments, clan matches, or just messing around with friends. You can set your own rules and formats, so the draft matches how you actually want to play it. - Civ and unit comparison screens got rebuilt — comparing two civs or two units is much clearer now, and it's easier to see the differences that actually matter instead of scanning two columns of numbers. - AI match coach improvements — better analysis, more accurate reads on what happened in your games, and explanations that are more useful and less generic. As always: the app is free. The only thing behind a subscription is the AI features. Stats, guides, draft, meta, comparisons, match history — all free, no ads, no catch. We're still nowhere near done. Pls. This warped CoH like camera perspective hurts my brain. Look at AoE2DE, Rise of Nations Thrones and Patriots, Red Alert 2, Stronghold Crusader, and all other great RTS games. That camera is proven to be better for RTS games.

Hi! I'm a returning player (paused for 2 years) and just hit D1 in team games. I want to learn different builds, but a lot of them involve going on deer in dark age or early feudal. The problem is that some maps have only small deer packs (only 3 deer/pack) and this confuses me because I don't think it's worth putting kremlin or dark age mill + survival techniques on only 3 deer. What's your opinion on this?

I have Automatic Server Selection turned off and manually choose India, EU East, or EU West . My friend does the same, yet we still get thrown onto China or US servers. I’m trying to avoid regions where I keep running into smurfs and suspected cheaters. I’m tired of reporting accounts and seeing the same problem continue. If I manually select a server, I want the game to respect it. I’m happy to wait 10–20 minutes for a match. Give us a Strict Region Matchmaking option: only search the servers we select and never expand outside them. Otherwise, what’s the point of the region selector?

I was blue. Enemy red. We both have 4 small golds. Both have back berries and deer. However... They had another back berries. They had 2 big golds v my one big gold. Also everything of mine was north, incl boar and second deer pack. Even their big wood (no pun intended) was back. I didn't realise this until too late and lost because I didn't fight hard enough for the north side (where they planted a 2nd TC on my only big gold in sub 5 mins). Was my first time playing the map as well. They were also way higher rank so probably would have lost anyway. Was just mindblown by the map spawn when I went back and looked at it in the replay.
