Please rework the biome picker, right now the game has too many biomes and scrolling through that extensive list is tiresome. Maybe add a separate menu to select the biome in the lobby. Also, please add tags to biomes!

Hey maybe it’s just me or the odd way this forum structures. But I was trying to find some updates from the developers regarding ‘Game Updates / Bug Fixes’ Struggling to find anything, do the developers even post to this forum? Do they have a seperate channel or page where they share progress or updates?

Just wondering if anyone’s got an elite build order or any general advice for playing ottoman. Gonna try learning them while i wait for the vikings 😔

How can I improve my map control and army control in FFA? I've been playing AoE4 for a while, and I really enjoy playing FFA. Almost all of the games I play are FFA, so I'm mainly looking for advice that applies to that type of game. I feel like I have a few major problems that are holding me back. The biggest one is map control. I often don't notice an enemy moving around the map until they are already close to my base. I struggle to keep track of where their army is, and I sometimes get surprised by attacks from unexpected directions. Another problem is enemy cavalry raids. When cavalry gets into my base, they start running around killing villagers and traders. I usually chase them with my army, but they just keep running away, and my army wastes a lot of time chasing them instead of fighting the main army. I also struggle when I'm attacked from multiple directions at the same time. I can't control several groups effectively, and I end up reacting too slowly or losing villagers before I can respond. Since I mostly play FFA, I also find it difficult to keep track of multiple players and understand where the threats are coming from. So I'd really appreciate some advice: How can I improve my map control and vision in FFA? How do you prevent cavalry from constantly raiding your economy? Should I chase raiding cavalry, or use a few units to defend against them? How do you manage attacks coming from multiple directions? How do you keep track of several players without constantly looking at the minimap? Are there any hotkeys, habits, or drills that helped you improve your multitasking and army control?

I found this topic in discussion for aoe2 civs in aoe2 reddit. I found this interesting. What do you think about which civs can be renamed? For example, I would like to change Order of the Dragon to House of Habsburg/Austria. Also Zhu Xi to Tibetan Empire or some other Chinese Dynasty probably.
