Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue: Block someone Play in the same game as them Get a player specific notification EXPECTED RESULT What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not prese nt? Should see messages IMAGE ALWAYS attach a PICTURE (.jpg, .png, .gif) or VIDEO (.mp4, YouTube link) that highlights the prob lem. Cannot show a picture showing something not happening. Hello, new player here, so far did few campains, playing the veitnamies, but after 31 hours its still a very difficult game. I play vs AI because pvp is scary, and the Hard AI absolutely steamrolls me early game, tho loses late game. My question is how do i fight early game rushes (is 22 minutes a rush? idk). Basically, i got rushed 1 by knights, so i always now build 3 pikemen, and 3 times now i got killed by a huge archer spam, when i scout i see that they have 5 vil on gold so i think its fast castle or something, but then 20 archers spawn at my base. Ive started building early skirmishers like 3-6 for the early early rushes, but these are too much, but at the same time when i build defence skirms i get my Castle age like 6 minutes after the Ai does. Any help? Ive started walling off with wooden wall but on Arabia i always have some holes (and for some reason the AI always knows where).

Yet another thread talking about the same thing, current filter makes it very hard to communicate, it filters regular messages. There is an option to mute people, what else would one need. Please add an option to toggle this out

My teammate placed a foundation to a hill and enemy mangudai managed to kill it before the castle was started. I mean even if it is a single villager building a castle, it is very unlikely to be killed by fire of few mangudai. We checked from his stream and created a clip for this. I'm like 1050 ELO so don't judge me too harshly (appropriately flaired this post...), but I don't mind losing my starting base: I'm think I'm better than most with my eco, but I'm cautious so rarely take the initiative with military. My game plan usually involves ridiculous expansion away from my starting base in multiple places. I'll still put up a fight, but it's more of a rearguard action. Nothing gives me more pleasure than sneak-attacking my opponent after they've destroyed my main base. What I then like to do is FULLY REBUILD my starting base so that when I get the GG and the map is visible, my opponent sees my gleaming original base, and can't console themselves with the fact that they raised my starting base to the ground. 😅😅 Anyway just wanted to share. 🤓

Hello I installed the DVD version of Age of Empires Collector's Edition on my PC that is running on Windows 11 (this version comes with a single DVD that includes AoE 1 + 2 and their respective expansions, ad infamously has no CD Audio soundtrack for AoE 2) I only installed Age of Kings so far. I have these weird color and text bugs. I have no issue on launching the game though. - instructions (campaign mode) and descriptions are in a textbox with blue blackground - unit descriptions textboxes in the tech tree are plain black I think the game has compatibiliy issues with my PC configuration but I can't find a fix. I looked everywhere on the web and I can't find a single other person that is facing the same issue. Is there any solution ??

I cant tell but it looks more like cloth.... kinda. Does anyone know what the visuals is not the eco cost lol? Of course wood but whats the roof. We got cloth, leather, linen, wool, hides, and pelts as guesses. It's time to do some research.
