Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue: Generate a Fortified Clearing 2 player size map Check if both players have their 3 4tile minerals (2 4tile golds and 1 4tile stone) If all 6 4tile piles are on the map, try generating another fortified clearing map. Within 2 to 4 generations you should run into the bug. EXPECTED RESULT What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not prese nt? Each player should have their main gold, stone, the two 4tile golds (secondary and tertiary) and their 4tile stone. With many civs that we have currently in the game and with the difficulties to get a good balance between all civs don’t you think having a ban pool in ranked would be good? Like you have the option to ban 5 civs for example before start the queue in ranked game. I suggested this because there are really bad and hard match ups that you can go up agaisnt and it will lead directly to civ win match up since it we be very hard for you to counter the other civ with the options that you have. But by adding a ban pool option it will increase the fair play and equality of having equal match civs.

The future civilization system does not need to replace classic civilizations. Instead, it can expand around them. I think there are three possible directions: Classic Civilizations Civ Editor / Sandbox Civilizations Random Civilization Generation System These three systems can exist together and create a complete civilization ecosystem. 1. Classic Civilizations: Keeping the Identity of AoE Official civilizations should always remain. Players should still be able to experience civilizations like: Franks with strong cavalry Britons with powerful archers Mongols with mobility Byzantines with defense The value of these civilizations is not only balance. The most important thing is: Identity. Players are not choosing only bonuses and technologies. They are choosing: Culture Historical background Different way to play the game Therefore, fixed civilizations should continue to represent the traditional AoE experience. 2. Civ Editor: Expanding Possibilities Within the AoE Framework The first step toward more civilization variety could be an official Civ Editor. However, I do not think it should be a completely unlimited creation tool. Unlimited freedom can easily create meaningless combinations. I only play single player so there is no reason for this Microsoft store pop-up that offers Gamepass subscriptions. This is a bug. This is similar to a bug on the final Sargon Of Akkad mission which was fixed a while ago. FREQUENCY OF ISSUE 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS) REPRODUCTION STEPS Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue: Open the Return Of Rome DLC and play the Pyrrhus mission “The Many Kings Of Macedon”. Unload units to attack enemy base Observe that the counter in your objectives is stuck on 0 even as you are killing Neoptolemus’s troops. EXPECTED RESULT It should be possible to complete the opening stage of this mission by reducing Neoptolemus’s army size down to 5 units but this doesn’t happen and the only way to progress the mission is to destroy the towers. He appears next to the castle after being ungarrisoned by the script, but he cannot be moved, even when I put him back in the castle and change the drop-off area and try it again. Still no success. FREQUENCY OF ISSUE 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS) REPRODUCTION STEPS Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue: Play the Malay campaign mission Unconditional Loyalty Destroy enemy walls and get to the king King appears next to castle but cannot be moved to flagged area to complete the mission. EXPECTED RESULT I should be able to move the king to the objective area and win the mission. GAME FILES (SAVE / RECORDING) I can do this if I must but I played it twice, once on story difficulty, and again on standard. There is no way to move the king character. There is nothing blocking him, no trees or other units, he simply does not move.

On a map like Arena, would it work to scatter a bunch of palisade walls outside of your base to prevent a good castle drop?

I play the HD game (the old version) with all 3 DLCs. I main brits. Always 1v1 on Megarandom map On land, I either get a civ that doesn't have good archers and I can put a hunk of longbowmen inching closer to them, or I get one with good archers and they can push towardse me easier and they win. On ocean they either absolutely crush me or do nothing and I ship over to them. I find the worst part is that they expect me to bring the fight to them unless they know they can beat me,and then they do and I can't really do anything about it. It's always easy or impossible. I want advice specifically from the jump standard -> moderate, as I consistently won vs standard when I had a large economy and didn't let my resources pile up. Now I don't know what I'm doing wrong even.

i wanna make maa 20 pop , im around 1300-1400 elo, on the chicken map i feel the lack of food when reach feudal, i want maa upgrade, Double-bit and villager production, with a generic civ i can't afford a mill, then my question about it: should i long distance the chickes? should i kill 2 sheep because i have a lot of vils on the TC and Boars are gone ? I like play Viet, wanna improve that, especifically to click up i use barracks and lumber to do that when i click i send 2 to gold and 5 for berrys
